Questions
What does high CTR mean?
CTR is click-through rate: the share of players who see your game's thumbnail and actually click it. A higher CTR means more visits from the same number of impressions, and the thumbnail is the first thing players judge your game by.
Can I make game icons too?
Yes. Pick Thumbnail for a Full HD 1920×1080 image, the size Roblox recommends for experience thumbnails, or Icon for a square 512×512 game icon. Both come as PNGs ready to upload to the Creator Hub.
What is a gem?
Gems are RoPic credits. Each image costs what it really takes to make, converted to gems: about 315 for a thumbnail and 250 for an icon. Long prompts and detailed edits cost a little more, and you always see the exact amount after each image. If a generation fails, every gem goes straight back to your account.
Do gems roll over?
Yes. Gems never expire, so whatever you don't use stays in your account. Every subscription renewal adds your plan's gems on top.
How do I switch plans or cancel?
Go to Account and click Manage subscription. Plan changes take effect at your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep your gems.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Sign in with Google or Discord and you get 1,000 free gems, enough for about 3 images.
