Privacy Policy

Gusnek Studios runs RoPic and is responsible for your data. We collect only what we need to make your images, keep your account, and take payments. We don't sell your data. For anything about your privacy, write to gusnekstudios@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your account: the name, email, and profile picture Google or Discord share when you sign in.
• What you create: your chats, prompts, reference images, and the images RoPic makes, plus how many gems each one cost.
• Payments: your plan and payment history. Stripe handles your card; we never see the full number.
• Free gems check: a scrambled code made from your network address (a hash of your IP), so we can limit free gems per network. We don't store the address itself.
• Usage and errors: pages you visit and buttons you use, and technical details when something breaks. See Cookies for what needs your OK.
• Referrals: if you came through a creator's link, which creator shared it. If you're a creator, the PayPal email or Pix key you give us for payouts.

Who helps us run RoPic

We share data only with the services RoPic needs to work:

• Supabase stores your account, chats, and images (servers in Brazil).
• OpenAI receives your prompts and reference images to make your images.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google and Discord handle sign-in.
• PostHog measures how the site is used (servers in the US).
• Sentry reports errors so we can fix them.

Some of these services are outside Brazil, mainly in the US. They only get what they need for their part, under their own data protection terms.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for (your account, images, and plan), to meet legal obligations like keeping payment records, to keep RoPic secure and fair (like the free gems limit), and, only with your consent, for analytics and referral cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, chats, and images until you ask us to delete your account. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Network codes for the free gems check only matter for 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your data, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to gusnekstudios@gmail.com from the email on your account and we'll answer within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or the one where you live.

Cookies

These are always on, because RoPic can't work without them:

• Sign-in (Supabase, sb-…): keeps you signed in.
• Payment safety (Stripe, __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid): helps stop card fraud at checkout.
• Your cookie choice (ropic_consent): remembers your answer for a year.

These are only used if you click Accept:

• Analytics (PostHog, ph_…): recognizes your browser between visits so we can see how RoPic is used. Without your OK, each visit is counted on its own and nothing is saved on your device.
• Error replays (Sentry): when something breaks, records what happened on the page, with text hidden, so we can fix it.
• Referrals (ropic_ref, ropic_ref_c): remember the creator's link you came from for 30 days.

Children

RoPic is for people 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, write to gusnekstudios@gmail.com and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and let you know on the site.
