Terms of Service

RoPic is run by Gusnek Studios, based in Brazil. These Terms cover your use of RoPic. By signing in or buying a plan, you agree to them. Questions go to gusnekstudios@gmail.com.

Your account

You sign in with Google or Discord. You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and make any purchase for you. Keep your login safe: what happens on your account is your responsibility.

Gems

• Gems are RoPic credits. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can only be used on RoPic.
• Each image costs the real cost of making it, converted to gems. We show an estimate before you send and the exact amount after. If a generation fails, the gems go back to your account.
• Gems don't expire while your account exists.
• New accounts get 1,000 free gems. Free gems are limited to two accounts per network every 30 days. Creating extra accounts to collect free gems is not allowed.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Each payment adds your plan's gems. You can cancel or switch plans anytime from your Account: cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and plan changes take effect at your next renewal. You keep the gems you already have.

Refunds

Within 7 days of a payment, you can get back the part of it that matches the gems from that payment you haven't used yet. Use Request refund in your Account, or write to gusnekstudios@gmail.com from the email on your account. Refunded gems leave your balance and the plan ends right away, with no more charges. Gems already used to make images can't be refunded. Gems are spent in this order: free gems first, then the gems from your oldest payment. After 7 days, payments aren't refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

Using RoPic

Don't use RoPic to make or upload anything that:

• is illegal, sexual, hateful, violent toward real people, or involves minors in any harmful way;
• infringes someone else's rights, like their trademarks, characters, or likeness;
• breaks the Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards, if you plan to upload it to Roblox.

Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or get around the gem system. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your images

The prompts and reference images you send, and the images RoPic makes for you, are yours to use, including commercially, as far as the law allows. You give us permission to store and process them only to run RoPic for you. We won't show your images to anyone else or use them in our marketing without asking you first.

Images are made by AI, so results vary and can look like other images. RoPic doesn't promise any specific number of clicks or visits, and it's up to you to check that an image is fine to use before you publish it.

RoPic is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation.

Ending your account

You can stop using RoPic anytime, and you can ask us to delete your account at gusnekstudios@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Limits

RoPic is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

Changes and law

If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and let you know on the site before the change applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
